A graduate of Culinary Arts from Winnipeg's Red River College, Kristel Pastorin has been getting a lot of attention lately as one of the cities most notable young patisseries. Kristel draws on color, weather and emotion to help inspire her delicious creations. Kristel loves to use dark chocolate, vanilla or as she puts it "anything pink and sparkly", and considers her creations a success as long as "they feel good, and make people happy".
