James Engstrom, started in the restaurant business in 1991 as a bartender at Niakwa Country Club in Winnipeg Man. What started out as a means to put himself through University, ended up being a career. James was bitten by the restaurant bug and steamrolled his way to directing the Food and Beverage department of the club. In 2003 James refocused his passions on becoming a Sommelier. Three years and many bottles of wine later, the man emerged with a diploma from the International Sommelier Guild.
